Irene Sturgeon

STURGEON, Irene, passed away at home surrounded by the love of her family on February 4, 2025 at the age of 95. She was born in Jellico, TN, the daughter of the late Finley and Judy (nee Faulkner) Siler. 

She is survived by her loving children Charles Finley Sturgeon, Vonda (Tom) Hendricks, Christina (Perry Eggers) Russell. Beloved grandmother to Robert Secoy, Cory, Cassie, and Ava Russell, and Maliha Eggers. She is also survived by dear brother Bill Siler along with many family members and friends.

Irene is preceded in death by her devoted husband Charles R. Sturgeon and her son Calvin Sturgeon along with seven brothers and sisters.

Visitation at Meyer Funeral Home, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM. Irene will be laid to rest, reunited with her beloved Charlie at Saint Mary Cemetery St. Bernard, OH, 701 E. Ross Ave, following services.
