ACKERMAN, Howard A., beloved husband of Carolyn (nee Wagner) Ackerman. Dear father fo Janet Emmett, Howard, Robert (Bob) and Jerome Ackerman and Carolyn (Carrie) Peer, also survived by 11 grandchildren. Brother of Verginia Mecklenborg, Hane Toberg and John T. Ackerman and late brothers and sisters. On Monday, January 20, 1986 at 77 years of age. Visitation at the b.J. Meyer Sons (Overlook) Funeral Home, 4841 Glenway Ave., on Thursday, 5:00 to 7:30 PM, Mass of Christian Burial St. Antoninus Church at 8:00 PM. Western Hills Kiwanes Club will have services at 5:15 PM. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Association for the Blind, 2045 Gilbert Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45206.
