ZINN, Frances R. (nee Yates). Beloved wife of Richard Hayes Zinn for 72 years. Loving mother of Sandra Zinn, Barbara A. Zinn and David A. Zinn (Mark Cannon). Devoted grandmother of Jennifer A. Radel and great grandmother of Christopher M., Connor J. and Caitlyn M. Kaimann. Dear sister of the late Arthur Jr., Jean and Mary Grace. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 92 years of age. Visitation on SATURDAY at Westwood United Methodist Church from 2:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 2:30 PM.
