BERTKE, Erwin J., Reverend, beloved son of the late John H. and Elizabeth (nee Heing) Bertke. Dear brother of Mrs. John (Rosemary) Scanlon, Mrs. Walter (Jeanne) Scholtman of Bay Village, OH and the late Very Reverend Monsignor Stanley J. Bertke. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 92 years of age. Reception of the body TODAY at St. Lawrence Church, 3680 Warsaw Avenue, from 4:00PM to 7:00PM and Friday from 9:30AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM.
