Edward Bamert

BAMERT, Edward, loving husband of the late Elvie Bamert (nee Diesel). Beloved father of Tina and the late Michael Bamert. Preceded in death by his canine companion Molly. Survived by many treasured nieces and nephews. Veteran of WWII, 504 Military Police. Longtime employee of Billboard Publications and former chairman of the Cincinnati Postal Customers Council. Passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2008, at 91 years of age. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday 1:00PM at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1175 Overlook Avenue. Mr. Bamert loved the city of Cincinnati and it's history. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cincinnati Historical Society Library, 1301 Western Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45203 or Missionary Oblates, 9480 North De Mazenod Drive, Belleville, IL 62223.
