Douglas Ward Filbrandt

FILBRANDT, Douglas W. Beloved brother of Audrey (Jim) Rydeen and James L. Filbrandt and dear uncle of Jack (Terri) and Jeff (Peggy) Rydeen of Osceola, WI. Loving son of the late Otto and Edith (nee Ward) Filbrandt. Doug was a graduate of Alden High School in Alden, IA and the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. He was a US Army veteran and worked for GE for more than 30 years. Doug passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 69 years of age. A remembrance time and visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 beginning at 2:00PM until time of Memorial Service at 3:00PM at Meyer Funeral Home, 5864 Bridgetown Road, Cincinnati, OH 45248.
