Denis J. FitzGibbon

FitzGibbon, Denis J., beloved husband of Annette FitzGibbon (nee DiLonardo), married 59 years. Loving father of Cathy Iacobucci (Tony) and Peggy Sullivan (Gary). Devoted grandfather of Gina, Nick, and Matt Iacobucci, and Patrick and Danny Sullivan. Passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2017 at 84 years of age. Denis graduated from Elder High School in 1952 and Salmon P. Chase College in 1961. After spending 30 years in the grocery business with Kroger, Denis fulfilled his dream of owning and operating his own IGA stores. In his later years, Denis volunteered with Deaconess Hospital to help stroke patients. Visitation on SATURDAY at St. Antoninus Church, 1500 Linneman Rd, at 9:30AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM.
