BURDEN, Della Gertrude (nee Brewer/Ramey) - 1925 to 2012, beloved wife of James W. Burden (Jimmy) for 69 years. Daughter of late birth parents Marion and Adellar Brewer, and adoptive parents Ebbie and Lillie Ramey. Devoted mother of Donna Rave (Tom), Bonnie Maddox (Don), and John Burden (Pat). Loving grandmother of Ron Whitt (Holly), Eric Davidson (Angie), Becky Stubblefield (Mike), Jodi Feist (Ryan), John Burden (Jen), and Michael Burden. Proud great grandmother of Abbigale Holder, Maggie Holder, Wesley Feist, and Lane Burden. Survived by sisters Alberta Markham and Lee Tartar. Sister also to departed siblings Bill Brewer, Virgie Chasteen, Sylvia Reed, Clyde Brewer, twin infant brother, and Viola Greene. Cherished aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully on Feb. 22, 2012, at age 86. Per Della's wishes there will be no visitation, and interment of cremated remains will be at St. Joseph Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
