Daniel L Lake

Daniel L. Lake passed away peacefully and alongside family members on September 3, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years, Janet (Hetzel) and three children: Dave (Amber), Michelle, and Eric (Lisa). Dan was the cherished PePa to seven grandchildren: Tyler, Corry (Taylor), David (Abby), Brice (Katie), Breanna, Carson, and Adelyn. Dan is also survived by his brother, Gary, and sister, Karen (Jerry), along with many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his brother, Ed.

Dan spent his entire life calling Cincinnati home, living and raising his family on the West Side. He enjoyed supporting his local churches through many fund-raisers and volunteer events. In recent years, Dan would be seen spending weekends on the sidelines cheering his grandchildren on at their sporting events.

Dan spent his professional career of 49 years at Cincinnati Electronics, where he had many accomplishments and great relationships in support of the Aerospace Industry.

Dan will be remembered as a caring and loving family man, and always ready to help when needed. Dan was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on THURSDAY from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial on FRIDAY at St. Bernard of Clairvaux (Taylor Creek), 7130 Harrison Ave., at 10:00 AM.
