Daniel P. Fischer

FISCHER, Daniel P., passed away at home surrounded by the love of his family on June 12, 2026, at the age of 76. He was born July 26,1943 in Cincinnati, OH, son of the late Raymond and Ruth (nee Hartmann) Fischer.

Dan is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Maureen Fischer (nee Haley). Loving father of Sarah (John) Sims and Geoffrey Fischer. Beloved grandfather of Stella. Cherished brother of Thomas Fischer and Terri (Bill) Thinnes. Treasure brother-in-law of Anne (Larry) Kotzbauer, Patrick (Chris) Haley, Colleen (Ralph) Fisher, Kathy (Greg) Witsken, Kevin Haley, Michael Haley, Jerry (Carolyn) Haley, Mary Jo Fischer, Myron Dawson and Dan Perrmann. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Dan is preceded in passing by his siblings Chris (Pete) Beck and Jim Fischer, by his siblings-in-laws Jane Dawson and Dennis Haley, his grandparents William and Hilda Fischer and Konrad and Martha Hartmann, and his in-laws Thomas and Jane Haley.

Dan was a Price Hill boy who led a very humble life. He was a great listener and taught others with his kind words and quiet actions. He was extremely dedicated to his family and all of his friends. Dan always took time out of his life to help others. His spirit will live on in those he loves the most- his wife, children, and granddaughter. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on THURSDAY, June 25, 2026, at St. William Catholic Church, 4108 W 8th Street, at 10:00 AM.
