PHELPS, Christopher D., beloved husband of Tammy S. Phelps (nee Garrison). Loving father of Autumn Sky Phelps. Dear son of John Phelps, Sr and the late Alonda Phelps (nee Tucker). Devoted grandson of Geordie Tucker. Dear brother of Cathy Bruce, Romona and John Phelps, Tracye Brunner and Belinda McNeil. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. On Monday, May 23, 2005, at 31 years of age. Visitation B.J.
