KAPPES, Cheryl J. Loving mother of Tim Askins. Devoted grandmother of Isabella Askins. Dear sister of Brenda Hayes. She is also survived by her companion, Paul Weinberg, and many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Passed away on January 30, 2016 at the age of 64.
