NOLTE, Charlotte Kay Burch, young at heart, of Cincinnati, Ohio (originally Newport, Kentucky). Adored wife of Jim Nolte, selfless mother to Bryan, Zack and Jessica Nolte and friend to many. Passed away suddenly on July 3, 2011. Charlotte was a small business owner with her husband, Jim, and spent the rest of her time laughing and enjoying life.
