PEELMAN, Charles E., beloved husband of Ella Mae (nee Harlow) Peelman, loving father of Mary, Edward (Donna), Randy (Jill), Gary (Cindy) Peelman, Vivian (Dale) Norris, Rita Wilhoit and Karen (Walter) Dewar, dear brother of six sisters and four brothers, loving grandfather of four grandsons and eight gran- daughters, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
