BARRETT, Cecil Wayne, Beloved husband of Joyce Barrett (Nee Harmon) for 38 years. Loving father of Shaun (Katerina Wolfe) Barrett, Jaclyn Cher (Cody) Millhollon and step father of Steve Rand (Kim Rand) and Roxanne McAfee. Devoted grandfather of Gwen Barrett, Steven (Kelsey) Rand, Lucas Rand, Brooke Rand, Dillon McAfee, Hailee McAfee and great grandfather of Elouise, Emory, Annabelle, Autumn, Wesley and Alenia. Dear brother of Freddie Barrett, Brenda Barrett and the late Earl Jr., Alice, Blaine and Marilyn. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 79 years of age. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Rd., on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
