PALMER, Carl R. Jr. Beloved husband of Julie M. Palmer (Nee Coletta) for 19 years. Loving father of Andrew Palmer (Lizzie Arthur), Robert Dews (Jen Gault), Jacob Palmer and Matthew (Samantha) Dews. Devoted grandfather of Nate and Luke. Dear brother of Tina (the late Dave) Huston, Missy (Brian) Byrd, Paul (Lisa) Belcher Jr., and the late William Palmer. Brother in law of Dan Coletta. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 56 years of age.
