RUFF, C. Jeffrey "Jeff", loving husband for 46 years of Meredith Ruff (nee McAndrews). Loving father of Sonja Radziwon and Brian (Peg) Ruff and Renee (Matthew) Lister. Devoted grandfather of Stacey, Ally, Jacob, Makenzie, Gina, Samantha, Kevin, Jane and Dean. Loving son of Sue Luebbe and the late Charles Ruff. Dear brother of Linda (Jerry) Buckmaster, Mike (Jude) Ruff, Debbie (Andy) Silverman, Peter (Melissa) Ruff and the late Sallie Wegman and Terry (Lois) Ruff. Survived by 14 nieces and nephews. Passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 69 years of age at Hillebrand Home Health of Western Hills. Visitation MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road, on Tuesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.
