PHELPS, Ann V. (nee Rink), beloved wife of the late Howard Phelps. Loving mother of the late Howard "Jack" (Betty Jo) and George "Monk" (Mary Ann) Phelps. Grandmother of Jeff, Rod, Greg, Gary, Becky and the late Tim. Dear sister of the late Elsie Gilbert, Margaret Hancock, Frances Lloyd and Charles Rink. Dear aunt of Anna Mae (Smokie) King. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren. Dear friend of John Simpson. Passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at 95 years of age. Visitation B.J.
