Angela C. Ackerman

ACKERMAN, Angela C., (nee Olberding). Beloved wife of the late John T. "Jack" Ackerman. Loving mother of Barbara (Larry) Lange-Kallmeyer, J. Paul (Joan) Ackerman, Jane (Michael) Leroux-Hoffman, Martha (Larry) Swallow and the late Mary Angela (David) Samow. Devoted grandmother of Anne (Matthew) Wheeler, Gregory (Sandie) Lange, Mary Margaret (Dan) Connaughton, Katherine (Dana) Cimorell, Emily (Sean) Trickey, Nick (Becky) Lange and Ted Lange, and Robert, Amy and John Leroux, and Michael, Peter, Matthew and Andrew Ackerman, and Lee Swallow. Also survived by 12 step grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 22 step great-grandchildren. On Friday, February 11, 2005 at 92 years of age. Visitation on Tuesday at Bayley Place Enrichment Center, 990 Bayley Place Drive, Delhi Township from 12-1:30 P.M. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 P.M. A community leader, Angela was a founding member of the CCD programs and the Block Rosary in the Archdiocese; head of boards at The College of Mt. St. Joseph, Seton and St. Xavier high schools, Our Lady of Victory Parish and Delhi Community Council.
