Alice Heilman

Alice Theresa Heilman (nee Duffy) of Dent, Ohio passed away peacefully on Holy Saturday, April 19, 2025. Born July 10, 1928 in Covington, KY, the daughter of Peter and Anna (Monning) Duffy.

Beloved wife of the late Stephen Heilman, loving mother of Stephen Heilman Jr. (Hannah Artuso), Theresa Heilman, Mary (Paul) Lonnemann, and the late Dennis Heilman. Devoted grandmother of Nick, Steve (Paulina), Paul Jr., Maria (Chris) Fornataro, Eric, and Mark Lonnemann. Great grandmother of Mia, Summer, Liam, Ellie, and Caroline. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and five sisters, and their spouses. Paul (Virginia) Duffy, Jim Duffy, Patrick (Ruth) Duffy, Thomas (Anne) Duffy, Eilleen (Richard) Ormond, Shiela (Don) Flaherty, Margaret (Walter) Hudepohl, Joan (Jerry) Hentz, and Dorothy (Joe) Nolan.

Alice was a loving mother, devoted wife, and devout Catholic. She was always kind and humble. Her life revolved around family, faith, and parish activities. She had a great sense of humor and quick-wit well into her 97th year.

Alice graduated from Assumption School, the Academy of the Sacred Heart, and attended the University of Cincinnati. After raising four children, she enjoyed a career in business. She was the manager of Potter’s Shoes, followed by a successful career as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.

Visitation is on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at St. Aloysius Gonzaga, 4390 Bridgetown Road, Cincinnati at 10:00am, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30am
