Agnes Mary (Missy) Brockman, a kind and loving friend, a wonderful traveling companion, and a sweet, fun, humble person with a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, at Bayley Place after a long illness. She was 77.Born June 28, 1948, to Ruth (Feist) and Robert “Brock” Brockman, Missy lived in Western Hills her whole life. She attended St. Teresa Elementary School, Seton High School Class of 1966, College of Mount St. Joseph, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in accounting.Following college, she worked at an accounting firm, held several other positions, and retired from Expedx in 2013. In her later years, Missy volunteered at an animal rescue shelter. She loved attending plays at Playhouse in the Park and Ensemble Theater, the outdoors, and traveling, and would be ready to go anywhere whether it was a trip to Gatlinburg, Santa Fe, Canada,Newport RI, San Francisco, on a train trip to Seattle, on a Mediterranean cruise, Fort Lauderdale,Bermuda or Iceland or just for a walk or a hike (followed by lunch!) with her Seton friends. She also loved her precious furry friends, in particular her first Afghan Hound “Peace.” Photography was high on her list of activities, and she took numerous photos of animals, flowers, trees, and sunsets. She always had her camera equipment with her and never threw one of her treasured photos away!Missy was a loving, caring, and giving person as evidenced by all she did to help her family when there was a need. This was evidenced by babysitting for her brother Rob and sister-in-law Jane’s nine children and by dressing up once as a cow to take her niece and nephew trick or treating around their neighborhood for Halloween. She attended many events, from sports to dance recitals, for her 11 nieces and nephews and 30+ great nieces and nephews over the years.
